He has shaped the future of AIPL through his continuous thirst for challenging 'Education beyond boundaries'. He has over the years - brick by brick - built a vibrant education support base through "knowledge base" initiatives and a student oriented service delivery platform.

Devendra is Head – SLP project at Arihant. He brings 18 years of operating experience across Education and Training , delivery management, franchisee network , customer service & operational excellence.

Devendra reports to the MD and serves as a member of the Management Team. His primary responsibility is to drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Working with the management team, Devendra also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Head, Business Development graduate (B.B.A) and an alumnus of S.P. University. He has 22 years of vast and rich experience in sales & marketing, 10 yrs. of which had been exclusively in to Life Insurance Industry. He is a high energy professional with proven expertise of channel development, managing countrywide business sales & marketing project management. He is an lead Assessor – certified ISO trainer.

His previous assignments includes working at Max New York life Insurance, ICICI Prudential life Insurance before joining AIPL. He would be responsible for creating various business alliances for AIPL and establish footprint of AIPL across the Nation through franchisee network.

Mr. K.R.Shah, (M.E, F.I.E.) is working with the Institute as Head, HRD & Technology Development. He has past experience of many years of working in various fields including Industries and reputed R & D Organizations. He has worked as professor and Head of the Development in Engineering College and as a visiting professor for teaching in management institute.

Mr. Harshesh Jasvani is an eminent Chartered Accountant and Masters in Commerce, has experience of National and International exposures in the areas of Financial Consultancy, Corporate Structuring / Restructuring, Taxation, Management Consultancy, Audit and Accounting.

He has been working with APIL as Head – R & D, Finance & Accounts for last three years. He is responsible for establishing strong Internal Control Systems and proper utilization of Financial resources. He is also responsible for all the statutory & taxation compliances, Structuring / Restructuring of MIS & SOPs and Financial Management of the organization.
